Shipping 

We are  a Texas, US based company and generally only ship products to our US & Canada based customer addresses. However, we also ship products INTERNATIONALLY as well, to genuine customers. Because, we get hit by credit card frauds more often on international orders, we may have to run additional verification on such order for which shipment may be delayed. 

It is advised for US based customers to order items with "Ships from United States" option that is available while adding items to the cart or during checkout. In such case we can deliver faster (3-7 business days) post shipment for most cases (Wedding gowns could be exceptions as they may need to be custom made).

If the option "Ships from United States" is NOT available for the item, then it may take longer (read below). 

Situation that is beyond our control

Due to the supply chain issues and additional process delays during the pandemic, there are sometimes further delays that are completely beyond our control.

If "Ships from United States" option is NOT available for the item, it may mean the item is not available domestically or need to be custom made or it will be shipped to US addresses from international warehouses. In such cases it may take 10-30 business days to be delivered. 

If an item does not have "Ships from United States" option and you (customer) need it sooner, please contact customer_service@goangirl.com before placing the order. Extra shipping charges may be required for delivering item from our international warehouses (up to $35.00) which will be added to the item cost. You (customer) will always have the option to opt for free shipping but wait 10-30 business days for the item to be delivered as mentioned above. 

For all international customers other than United States addresses it may take 10-30 business days to deliver items.

SHIPMENT DELAYS 

DUE TO GLOBAL PANDEMIC PROBLEM, THE WHOLE INDUSTRY IS HAVING SHIPMENT DELAYS. THIS IS NO LONGER A CHINA PROBLEM BUT A PROBLEM WITH 150+ COUNTRIES WHERE WE SELL. WE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. CUSTOMERS CAN EXPECT DELAYS. HOWEVER, WE WILL TRY TO GET ITEMS TO YOU THE FASTEST, SUBJECT TO OUR LIMITATIONS. YOUR MONEY IS 100% PROTECTED. IN CASE WE FAIL TO DELIVER YOU, YOU WILL GET 100% REFUND.

We can provide on request tracking numbers as soon as they are available.

For USA & Canada shipping addresses (for other shipping addresses please read at the bottom)

Most of our products are shipped free of charge to our customers within USA and Canada. We hand pick products from manufacturers around the world to make the products very unique and trendy to our customers.

 

We guarantee delivery in 30 business days (discounting holidays and weekends). Most of our merchandise gets delivered much sooner as mentioned above. This number is adjusted to accommodate international shipping and customs delays and unprecedented situations that arise from time to time which are beyond our control. 

If you have not received your merchandise in 30 business days from date of purchase, you may ask for a replacement (subject to availability of the items/s) or claim a refund. We process refunds within 5 business days from date of refund request or 30 business days from the date of the order, whichever is later, in general. We refund you only 100% of the purchase amount (or part thereof depending on the situation). We do not refund any amount more than your purchase order under any circumstance, whatsoever.

Once your item is shipped we can provide the tracking number on request, as soon as it is available.

ALL COMMUNICATION MUST BE PROVIDED WITH THE CORRECT ORDER NUMBER SO THAT WE CAN SERVE YOU BETTER.

For non-USA and non-Canada shipping addresses, please note as follows:

  • We may wait up to <=3 calendar days to process most international shipment orders. This is due to increased credit card frauds we are seeing happening. 
  • There will be no return or refunds for orders once processed and or shipped for destinations outside USA. 
  • Also, we don't guarantee shipping delivery outside USA. Though unlikely, it may also take up to 30+ days for delivery of ordered items. 
  • Method of payments (like debit/credit cards, etc.) will undergo some extra layer of scrutiny to protect the card holder as much as possible. Hence, delivery delays may happen if the shipment is to another country other than USA and/or order is placed from a non-USA country.
