Refund policy

SHIPMENT DELAYS 

DUE TO GLOBAL PANDEMIC PROBLEM, THE WHOLE INDUSTRY IS HAVING SHIPMENT DELAYS. THIS IS NO LONGER A CHINA PROBLEM BUT A PROBLEM WITH 150+ COUNTRIES, WE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. CUSTOMERS CAN EXPECT DELAYS. HOWEVER, WE WILL TRY TO GET ITEMS TO YOU THE FASTEST, SUBJECT TO OUR LIMITATIONS. YOUR MONEY IS 100% PROTECTED. IN CASE WE FAIL TO DELIVER YOU, YOU WILL GET 100% REFUND.  

Transactions

We try to protect genuine customers' transactions 100% guaranteed against fraud. We strongly encourage shipping address to be same as billing address for an order. If the order is placed outside USA or Canada or the shipping address is outside USA and Canada then, shipping address and billing address MUST BE THE SAME in order to process order. To protect customers' interests and minimize damage to both customers and Goangirl LLC, this is a best practice that is followed. Any question, please contact customer service. 

No order cancellations permitted once order is placed. Customers can return items received for a 100% refund as long as the item is in original condition with tags on. Used items cannot be refunded. Please see Refund Policy section.

Returns 

POLICY VALID ONLY FOR ITEMS SHIPPED WITHIN USA 50 STATES & CANADA. 

You should be 100% satisfied as a customer. If you don't like what you purchased, return the item within 14 calendar days of your receipt of the item/s. We will refund you the full amount - no questions asked as long as it adhere to the policy as described below. 

Our policy lasts 30 business days (or within 14 calendar days of your receipt of the item/s whichever is earlier). If 30 business days (or within 14 calendar days of your receipt of the item/s whichever is earlier) have gone by since your order date, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund or exchange. The only exception is if you do not receive the item at all within 39 business days of your order. In such case, we will issue you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags when returned. If original packaging is damaged, the original tags must be present to be return and refund eligible. 

Goangirl, LLC is not responsible for return shipment losses. We encourage customers to return with a trackable shipment. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt copy or proof of purchase including your order number. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

UNFORTUNATELY AT THIS POINT IN TIME, THERE IS NO RETURN AND NO REFUND FOR SHIPMENTS TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES OUTSIDE USA.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We cannot also take back and/or refund undergarments, lingerie, opened perfumes, opened cosmetics.

Additional non-returnable items (if and when we sell them):
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. We do not send cash or check refunds.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/credit card account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer_service@goangirl.com and send your item to:

Exchange or replacement is guaranteed only on availability of the equivalent item/s.If not available, it will be sole discretion of Goangirl LLC. to issue a refund or wait for the replacement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the original item was shipped free to you. Return shipping costs on free shipped items are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are return shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Orders

In exceptional situations, it may happen that after a customer order is placed, given the processing and verification times, the item may be sold out and become unavailable. In such case, the order will be most likely canceled, unless we get definitive indication from our suppliers that we can still cater to the customer duly.
